Outline Your Novel

Outline a spellbinding story from start to finish.

I’m on Abe Lincoln’s side: “Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the ax.”

What in the world does that mean? In this case, it means the more time I spend intentionally planning my novel, the faster and better I’ll be able to write it.

Why Outline?

I believe connecting to your story emotionally + gaining clarity around major plot points and arcs before you start writing is…invaluable. It’s how I can churn out a fully completed story in a matter of weeks, not months or years.

And it’s how I can ensure that story is effective and impactful.

Because by outlining, you can identify the most emotionally compelling moments in your story and order them in a way that will take your reader on a journey that stays with them long after they finish the last page.
